Mart Jaama has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has divided his work experience
equally with both Contractors and Project Management/Consulting firms. His expertise ranges from high rise office buildings
to home renovations. The foundation for Mart's career began with a BS in Construction Management from Pratt Institute in
Brooklyn, New York, a highly regarded Art, Architecture and Engineering College.
Mart has lived and worked in the West for twenty-five years. He has worked for some of the largest construction
firms in this region as well as some small subcontractors. He owned a successful Sign Business in downtown San Francisco
for five years, acting as subcontractor to many different construction companies and working directly with business owners.
In addition to consulting, Mart has held many job titles and responsibilities, including Project Manager,
Senior Estimator, Chief Estimator, Manager of Construction Services and Vice President Preconstruction.
Mart has a California B Contractor License and is in the process of getting his Nevada Contractors License.
